If you guys follow the new about this rider, I would assume that you guys already know the rumors that this rider have the second and third state/form. This is the second form of the Kamen Rider Fourze. It is called Elect State. This happened when the Astro Switch No.10 inserted on the circle slot of the Fourze Driver. This state/form turns Kamen Rider Fourze to a electric base. As you can see in the image above, this rider suit turns to metallic gold. "Billy The Rod" will be gained in this form, it is the default weapon for this form.
