Merdeka! (Independece) Day!

Every year Malaysian will celebrate the Merdeka day on the 31st of August. This is due to our historical day of independence on 31st August 1957.  This Merdeka day celebrated with the shout of "MERDEKA" replicate Tunku Abdul Rahman who declared Malaysia's independence followed by the shout. This event is held at Dataran Merdeka (Independence Squre). A week ago, my office also raise the National Flag in conjunction of this special event. All Malaysian will raise the National Flag from 1st August untill 16th September each year.
